Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your beauty products in their original box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
